We will contact you to confirm the chosen size and, if necessary, re-request the logo or graphic file.
This step allows us to verify all information together and ensure everything is correct before going into production.
5️⃣ Receive embroidery preview
Before proceeding with production, we will send you an email preview of the digitized embroidery.
This way you can verify the result and confirm before your item is made.
We handle the technical part:
we optimize the file for embroidery (thicknesses, stitch density, compensations, technical details) and proceed with production.

If the logo or image is not suitable for embroidery (low resolution, details too small, excessive graphic complexity, proportion or quality issues), we will contact you to propose an alternative technical solution or any necessary modifications.
