To reduce waste and pollution due to packaging, we do not accept returns for size errors. In case of production error, with photographic documentation attached, we will resend the product or you will be refunded.
🧵 HOW TO ORDER
1️⃣ Select the color and type of product
Choose the model and color you wish to customize.
2️⃣ Select the embroidery position
(Refer to the images below to accurately visualize the available areas for each product.)
3️⃣ Upload your file
Upload your good quality logo or image.
4️⃣ Receive embroidery preview
Before proceeding with production, we will send you an email preview of the digitized embroidery.
This way you can verify the result and confirm before your item is made.
We handle the technical part:
we optimize the file for embroidery (thicknesses, stitch density, compensations, technical details) and proceed with production.
🎯 The file is professionally adapted to ensure performance, durability and aesthetic quality.
⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING REGARDING THE UPLOADED FILE
The file you upload will be analyzed by our technical department before production.
If the logo or image is not suitable for embroidery (low resolution, too small details, excessive graphic complexity, proportion or quality issues), we will contact you to propose an alternative technical solution or any necessary modifications.
📧 Communication will be exclusively via email.
It is therefore essential to provide a correct and active email address during the purchase phase, so that you can be contacted quickly if needed.
Production will only begin after technical verification of the file.
If you would like a precise measurement (e.g. "8 cm exact"), please write it in the order notes.
In the absence of specific instructions, the embroidery will be made to the maximum recommended size for that position, maintaining optimal proportions and quality.
If the file is not technically suitable for embroidery, we will contact you via email to propose an alternative technical solution.
